Working principle
The workpiece can get a high hardness and wear resistance through the flame heating surface hardening, thereby improving the mechanical properties of the workpiece. As the heating rate of flame quenching is very high, the austenite grain is not easy to grow up and coarsening in a short time, so flame quenching temperature is much higher than ordinary quenching. To obtain a lighter hardened layer, can be used faster quenching speed, heating temperature to take the upper limit or take the lower limit in contray. The hardness and hardening depth of the flame quenching depends on the gas mixing ratio and the heating time.
Working process
The liquid oxygen and propane are converted into gas and conveyed to flame generator by means of a vaporizer. The flame generator is mounted on a movable rail and adjusts the position of the flame generator according to the thickness and diameter of the saw blade.After positioning, start the main shaft drive to rotate the workpiece, and then ignition, open the workpiece cooling water, adjust the flame by adjusting the inlet gas proportion of the flame generator, observe the workpiece heating depth, open quenching cooling water after arriving requirements.
