Automatic control circular saw blade wet polishing sanding machine
This polishing machine is designed to realize the polishing of the taper saw blade; removing rust and cutting accumulation on surface of the repaired saw blade. It can be used for fine polishing on the surface of the flat saw blade; the rust and accumulation on the surface of the reworked saw blade can be removed.
The polishing machine is divided into three parts: the rotary table part, the walking part, and the grinding head part.
1. Workbench part: standard saw blade processing specification 600-2200mm (best applicable range 1000-2200) (non-standard specification equipment can also be produced). Polishing saw blade thickness range is 4-16mm.
The frame of the worktable is welded by section steel, and the rotating table of the worktable adopts a cast steel structure. After annealing, the tabletop will not deform and ensure that the worktable has sufficient strength (as shown in Figure 7). The upper surface of the worktable is made of soft rubber cotton to achieve the stability and slip resistance of the saw blade, so that it can have enough friction to meet the needs of grinding. The worktable adopts reducer + belt drive (as shown in Figures 6, 9, and 14), and the motor power is 5.5KW. After passing through the reducer, there is enough torque to drive the worktable to rotate and meet the resistance of saw blade grinding. It can realize the stepless speed regulation of 0-65 rpm (also can be designed according to the customer) to achieve the speed requirements under different grinding modes. As long as enough lubricating oil is ensured for the worktable part, maintenance and repairs are not required within 10 years.
The worktable has a built-in grinding water tank, and the 250-watt lifting water pump provides enough cooling circulating water to the grinding wheel of the grinding head through the pipeline.
2. Walking part: The walking guide rail is composed of two sets of 40 linear guide rail pairs to meet the straightness of the traveling (as shown in Figure 2). The power transmission is driven by a 1KW motor to drive the reducer, and is driven by gears and racks to achieve walking. Manual and automatic switching is achieved by the clutch. The automatic walking speed is realized by the inverter.
The walking part can be adjusted by the hinge to achieve the surface grinding of the saw blade with side clearance angle (as shown in Figure 4). The angle adjustment range is 0-3°.
3. Grinding head part: divided into grinding head feeding, grinding head walking, and grinding head rotation.
3.1. The grinding head feed is divided into two feed modes: manual and automatic. The automatic feed is driven by the servo motor to realize the uniform feed according to the set feed amount; the manual feed can be used to adjust the feed amount according to different saw blade working conditions when the saw blade is repaired.
3.2. The grinding head is moved back and forth by gears and racks. The moving speed can achieve 0-0.8 m/min operation according to grinding and polishing.
3.3. There are two types of grinding head rotation, grinding wheel and grinding belt. According to different saw blade conditions, the grinding head grinding wheel motor is 3KW, and the grinding wheel is driven by the belt to rotate. The diameter of the grinding wheel is 300mm; the spindle belt drive motor is 5.5KW. The switching of grinding wheel and belt is realized by changing the grinding wheel or belt. At the same time, there are different start and stop controls on the control panel.
