Material of die cutting plate
The material requirements for automatic die cutting plates are high, as they have to withstand high temperature, high pressure, high speed, and high frequency impacts and friction, while also ensuring flatness and hardness.
The commonly used materials for die cutting steel plates include stainless steel, which is a corrosion-resistant alloy steel containing elements such as chromium and nickel. It has good heat resistance and wears resistance, but has low hardness and is suitable for flat or circular flat automatic die-cutting machines.
Manganese steel: It is a type of carbon structural steel with a high manganese content, which has high strength and toughness, can resist impact and fatigue damage, but is prone to rusting. It is suitable for automatic die-cutting machines for circular pressing.
Imported material: With ultra-high hardness and wear resistance, it can adapt to various types of automatic die-cutting machines.

The use of die cutting plates
The essence of die-cutting is the process of converting kinetic energy into deformation energy, and the die cutting plate plays a pivotal role in this process. When the cutting die impacts the material at a speed of 5-20m/s, the steel plate needs to evenly spread the shock wave to the entire pressure bearing surface within milliseconds to avoid energy concentration at the cutting edge and causing blade breakage.
